1. Information We Collect
Lottery Number Checker does not require account registration. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring and is not sold or shared with third parties.
2. Number Checker Data
When you use the Number Checker tool, the numbers you enter are sent to our server to query the historical draw database and return a result. These numbers are not stored, logged, or associated with your identity in any way.
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first analytics platform. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required for Vercel Analytics as it is fully cookieless and compliant with GDPR and CCPA by design.
4. Third-Party Links
Our blog and pages may contain links to official lottery corporation sites (OLG, BCLC, Powerball, Mega Millions). These sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.
5. Data Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes and then deleted. We do not retain personally identifiable information beyond this period.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / PIPEDA)

7. Children
Lottery Number Checker is intended for users of legal lottery age in their jurisdiction (18+ or 19+ depending on province/state). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
